DIY Pizza
In this day and time and when even the most trivial of experience is shareable, experience is king. In the experience category, everyone loves Do-It-Yourself (DIY) anything. And I don't only mean in home improvements. DIYs is an industry all in itself--from DIY parties, scrapbooking, DIY nails and of course, DIY food!
And so, when one of the more popular DIY joint opened in your residence mall, you have no option but to try it.
According to Our Awesome Planet, Project Pie is a local franchise of the "artisan-inspired create your own pizza plae conceptualized by James Markham, who pioneered the Chipotle-style assembly-line custom pizza.*" Supposedly, this is his "2.0 concept after his earlier pizza resto concept Knockout Pizzeria, New York Style Pizza, MOD (Made on Demand) Pizza and Pieology*."
