Have you ever had an EPIC coffee?
Coffee has always been a regarded as a social lubricant, next to liquor. Ever since Starbucks opened its first doors in Manila, coffee shops have evolved from being just places where people get their caffeine fix to meeting places, afters, study nooks and even mobile offices. It has become a coffee experience and a coffee shop culture.
I for one am a BIG coffee drinker. I take an average of 5 cups a day--sometimes I kid that I have more coffee running in my veins. I've developed a tolerance for it that I drink it before bedtime, much like how people are with milk and cookies.

Sea Salt Caramel coffee |
A month or so ago, I chanced upon this coffee shop called EPIC Coffee Roastery in my online Top 10 food bible, www.spot.ph.
Epic is a bike-themed coffee shop located at Kapitolyo, Pasig. It has a pretty wooden and brick interiors with bike and biker knick knacks. I ordered their Sea Salt Caramel coffee and it was interesting, although I would have wanted a stronger salted caramel taste.
The menu only offers coffee and pastries, but the staff were kind enough to tell us that should we want other food, they can get our orders from Poco Deli, which the same owners own as well.
Where to find Epic:
102 East Capitol Drive
Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City
